Who we are
This website is the official link page for Jade Kim, an AI-generated persona operated by Daniel Cheer ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
What this website collects
Nothing, by itself. This site:
- sets no cookies and uses no local storage;
- runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no third-party fonts, images or scripts;
- has no forms, accounts, comments or purchases.
When you tap a link button, a short redirect page on this site forwards you to the account you chose. The destination address carries labels (for example utm_source=ig) saying which page the click came from. Those labels describe the page, not you.
Hosting logs
Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider. When your browser requests a page, the host's servers process technical data needed to deliver it and protect the service, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. That processing is done by the host under its own privacy policy. We do not use this data to identify anyone. We may look at aggregate statistics the host provides, such as how many times a page or link was requested.
Third-party platforms
Our buttons lead to Instagram, X, TikTok and Fanvue. Those are separate companies. When you visit them, their own privacy policies and terms apply, and they may collect data about you as described there. We do not control them. If you follow or subscribe to Jade Kim there, the platform may share with us the information it normally shows account owners (for example your public username, or totals of views, followers and subscriptions).
The Jade studio tool (platform APIs)
We run a private analytics tool, called "Jade studio", on our own computer. It connects only to Jade Kim's own accounts, through each platform's official API, after we log in as that account and approve access. It reads the account's own profile details and performance numbers, for example follower count, likes, video count, and views or engagement for the account's own posts. For TikTok this uses the account's own basic profile, profile details, statistics and video list.
- It is not offered to the public and never accesses anyone else's account.
- It does not post, message, follow or change anything on any account.
- Data it reads is stored on our computer only, used only to measure how Jade Kim's content performs, and is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.
- Some numbers include totals about viewers (counts, not identities). Where a platform returns usernames of fans, they are used only to run that account and are deleted when no longer needed.
- Access can be withdrawn at any time in each platform's app settings. When it is withdrawn, the tool stops reading and the stored access token is deleted.
Children
This site is not directed at children. Adult content linked from it is for people 18 or older only.
Your rights
Because this site does not collect personal information itself, there is usually nothing for us to give, correct or delete. If you think we hold information about you, write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in Canada, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
